U.S. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: You may choose 2-5 Business Days USPS Standard Domestic shipping which costs 5.25 dollars. All jewelry orders will be sent in a gift box. The package will be insured and it will include a Delivery Confirmation number you can track online. (Free standard domestic shipping on all orders 50 dollars or more!) Or you may choose 1-2 Business Days USPS Express Domestic shipping which costs 18.00 dollars. All jewelry orders will be sent in a gift box. The package will be insured and you will be able to track it online. We will email your tracking number as soon as we return from the post office, so you'll know approximately when to expect your delivery. For large quantity orders, please contact us first. Some pieces cannot be duplicated and depending on the dollar amount, additional insurance may need to be purchased. We do not offer quantity discounts. Arte Designs is not responsible for unclaimed packages that are returned to us. Arte Designs is also not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address, so please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. If your package is returned to us and you'd like us to resend it, you will have to pay for the shipping and handling cost again. No refunds will be given. CA SALES TAX: If you are in California, there will also be an 8.25 percent sales tax added to your purchase. FREE GIFT BOXES: All jewelry orders will be sent in a gift box. Please contact us and let us know. We will get an accurate rate and send you a PayPal payment request for the remaining shipping cost. You will receive a payment request from PayPal for the remaining shipping cost within 12 hours, so please check your email. Large quantity orders may need to be shipped Global Express Guaranteed and depending on the dollar amount, additional insurance may need to be purchased. PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE: A gift certificate will be sent in a gift box to the shipping address requested. You will receive an email with the Delivery Confirmation Number you can track online at www.usps.com as soon as it is sent. Be sure to include the Recipient's name (To) and the Sender's name (From) during your shopping cart check out process. You may also include a personal message. GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTIONS: The receiver can use the gift certificate on any Arte Designs jewelry. All you have to do is fill out our Contact Form with the following information: 1. The item/s you wish to order. 2. Your name, shipping address, email address for us to contact you. 3. Include your Gift Certificate Redemption Code, and then wait for our prompt reply. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours with your receipt, new gift certificate balance, and your Delivery Confirmation Number. If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you will receive a PayPal payment request for the balance due. Once that payment is made, your jewelry will be shipped out via USPS 2-5 Business Days, Insured Mail with a Delivery Confirmation. We'll email you the tracking number as soon as we return from the post office. Please read our Terms and Conditions. Any unused balance will remain in your gift certificate account until depleted. Your new gift certificate balance will remain on file at Arte Designs.
