METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Arte Designs accepts credit card payments and eChecks through PayPal. Signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means, you can complete your payment first and then decide whether or not to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases. For more information, you can visit www.paypal.com. Arte Designs is a verified PayPal member.

I will also accept personal checks via snail mail, but I'll have to wait for the check to clear before sending out the shipment. (this can take 1-2 weeks) If you would like to pay by check, please contact me and I'll email you the information you'll need.

Sorry, I am unable to take phone orders or accept money orders and cashiers checks at this time.

U.S. SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Once a credit card payment is made, your order will be shipped out within the next 1-3 business days (custom orders may take 3-5 days longer). eCheck payments take about 3-5 business days to clear and Personal checks can take up to 2 weeks to clear before I can send the shipment.

You may choose 2-5 Business Days USPS Standard Domestic shipping which costs 5.50 dollars. All jewelry orders will be sent in a gift box. The package will be insured and it will include a Delivery Confirmation number you can track online. (Free standard domestic shipping on all orders 100 dollars or more)

Or you may choose 1-2 Business Days USPS Express Domestic shipping which costs 19.95 dollars. All jewelry orders will be sent in a gift box. The package will be insured and you will be able to track it online.

I will email your tracking number as soon as I return from the post office, so you'll know approximately when to expect your delivery.

For large quantity orders of the same items, please contact me first. Some pieces cannot be duplicated and depending on the dollar amount, additional insurance may need to be purchased.

Arte Designs is not responsible for unclaimed packages that are returned. Arte Designs is also not responsible for packages that are returned due to an undeliverable shipping address, so please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. If your package is returned to me and you'd like me to resend it, you will have to pay for the shipping and handling cost again. No refunds will be given.

CA SALES TAX: If you are in California, there will also be an 8.25 percent sales tax added to your purchase.

FREE GIFT BOXES: All jewelry orders will be sent in a gift box. I will also include a stone legend with all pendant watch orders. If you choose, I can include a typed personal message with your order (for gifts); just include that under the "Add special instructions to the seller" section during your check out process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (non U.S.):
I can only ship to countries that accept PayPal payments and USPS Express Mail International packages. ALL International orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail International. All jewelry orders will be sent in a gift box. The package will be insured up to 100 US dollars and you will be able to track it online at www.usps.com. Depending on your country, you may have to pay import duties upon delivery. Estimated Delivery Times may be longer during the holiday season. International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. For this reason, USPS cannot guarantee specific international delivery times, only estimated delivery times.

FOR RUSH DELIVERIES: If you need to receive your International package in 1-2 business days (1-3 days for some countries), I may be able to ship Global Express Guaranteed to your country. Please contact me and let me know. I will get an accurate rate and send you a PayPal payment request for the remaining shipping cost. You will receive a payment request from PayPal for the remaining shipping cost within 12 hours, so please check your email.

Large international quantity orders may need to be shipped Global Express Guaranteed and depending on the dollar amount, additional insurance may need to be purchased. Please contact me to find out if certain items can be duplicated first.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Your privacy is important to me. I take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Arte Designs will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.

Your email address will only be used to send notifications regarding your order status or to reply to your questions or comments. You will never get an email from me asking you to open an attachment.
