In addition, most of these jewelry pieces are handmade to order. For these reasons, I cannot accept returns or do exchanges, even if you did not try on the jewelry. (there will be no exceptions, so please respect this policy and do not ask me to make one) Each piece of jewelry on my web site has a description and a picture. Keep in mind that taking pictures of jewelry requires up-close, professional lighting and lights reflect which can make colors look lighter or brighter than the actual colors. Also, colors may vary depending on individual computer screen settings. If you need more information on color, size, or materials used, I welcome and encourage you to contact me before purchasing. I will reply within 24 hours. If you do not hear back from me within 24 hours, it means your email address was mistyped or is not working. Please contact me again and provide an alternative email address where I can reach you. Please do not send anything to me without my approval.
