For these reasons, we cannot accept returns and give refunds. Each piece of jewelry on our web site has a description and a picture. If you need more information before purchasing, please contact us anytime. We will reply within 24 hours. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, it means your email address was mistyped or is not working. Please contact us again and provide an alternative email address where we can reach you.

All items are insured for the amount that it is worth. Do NOT send anything back to us without our approval. Packages that are sent back to us without our approval will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you.
